Why Stadium Suites Wins on Football Weekends
Walk to the Game
The Big House is 0.5 miles away — 10 minutes down Henry Street. On game day, that's the difference between making kickoff and missing the first quarter.
Keep Your Group Together
Our Deluxe 6 Bedroom Townhouse sleeps 12 — six private bedrooms, six ensuite baths, one shared kitchen and living room.
Save Money
One townhome usually costs meaningfully less than six hotel rooms at $400/night each on a Penn State weekend.
Skip the Traffic
Park once on arrival. Walk to the stadium, downtown, and campus. Game-day lots near the stadium charge $40–100 — you won't need one.
Cook Breakfast Before Kickoff
Full kitchen and a real coffee setup in every townhome. Make a pre-game spread instead of overpaying for hotel buffet eggs.

Rooms and Townhomes for Game Day

Getting to Michigan Stadium From Stadium Suites
Walking (recommended on game day): 0.5 miles. Head south on Henry Street, then east on Stadium Boulevard — about 10–12 minutes. You'll be walking with thousands of other fans. It's part of the experience.
Driving: You don't want to drive. Game-day traffic around the stadium is brutal from 3 hours before kickoff until 2 hours after. Walking from Stadium Suites gets you there faster.
Parking: Stadium Suites has limited paid parking on-site. Park once and walk for everything.
From Detroit Metro Airport (DTW): 30 miles / about 35 minutes by car or rideshare (~$50–70). The Michigan Flyer motorcoach runs to downtown Ann Arbor for $12 one-way, then it's a short rideshare to Stadium Suites.
