Prices and Taxes

All rates are quoted in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable federal, state, county, and local taxes. Taxes are calculated based on the rates in effect at the time of booking and may include, but are not limited to, lodging taxes, sales taxes, and tourism or assessment fees.Prices are subject to change without notice until a reservation is confirmed. Additional fees (including but not limited to cleaning fees, parking fees, or damage recovery fees) may apply and will be disclosed prior to booking when applicable.

Payment and Terms at Check-In / Check-Out

Full payment is required prior to arrival unless otherwise stated at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods may include credit or debit cards processed securely through our booking platform.Check-in time begins at the time specified in your booking confirmation, and check-out must be completed by the stated check-out time. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.Failure to check out on time may result in additional charges and/or removal of belongings left behind.

Traveling with Minors

Guests traveling with minors are responsible for supervising them at all times. Certain areas of the property, including shared kitchens, stairwells, or common spaces, may not be child-proofed.By booking, guests acknowledge that the property is not specifically designed for children and assume full responsibility for their safety and conduct while on the premises.

Accessibility or Special Needs

While we strive to accommodate guests with accessibility needs, not all units or common areas may meet specific accessibility requirements. Guests are encouraged to contact us prior to booking to confirm whether a particular unit or feature can accommodate their needs.Requests for accommodations do not guarantee availability unless confirmed in writing prior to arrival.

Parking

Parking is available for an additional fee and is subject to availability. Parking fees, when applicable, will be disclosed during the booking process or prior to arrival. Parking is not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing.All vehicles must comply with posted parking rules and instructions. Unauthorized vehicles, improper parking, or failure to pay required parking fees may result in towing or fines at the vehicle owner’s expense.Parking is provided at the guest’s own risk. The property is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or their contents.

Hotel Events

Events, parties, gatherings, or commercial activities are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing in advance.Excessive noise, unauthorized guests, or violations of house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund and may incur additional charges.

Dispute Resolution / Issues

Guests are encouraged to report any issues or concerns promptly during their stay so we may attempt to address them.Any disputes arising from a reservation or stay shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Guests agree that any legal action shall be brought in the appropriate courts located within the State of Michigan.

Use of Personal Information

Personal information collected during the booking or stay process is used solely for reservation management, guest communication, payment processing, and legal compliance.We do not sell personal information and only share data with third parties as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or process payments securely.

Liability

Guests assume full responsibility for their use of the property and any amenities provided. The property, ownership, management, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property except where required by law.Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless the property and its operators from any claims arising from their stay, conduct, or violation of these terms.

Force Majeure

The property shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or inability to provide accommodations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, utility failures, labor disputes, public health emergencies, or other force majeure events. Remedies, if any, shall be limited to those required by applicable law.

Third-Party Rights

No third party shall have any rights to enforce these Terms and Conditions except as required by law.Any third-party services, products, or links are provided for convenience only and are not endorsed or controlled by the property.

Waiver

Failure by the property to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights.Any waiver must be expressly stated in writing to be valid.

Severance

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
