Winter Monthly Rates
Standard Full Suite — $1,200 per 28-day stay. Private bedroom with a full bed and ensuite bath.
Standard Queen — $1,400 per 28-day stay. Queen bed, ensuite bath, a larger room with extra storage, on the third floor for extra quiet.
Whole Six-Bedroom Townhome — $4,500 per 28-day stay. The entire six-bedroom townhome, with six ensuite baths, for your household or team. One parking space included. Pets welcome with a pet fee.
Rates are plus applicable taxes and fees and are available for stays between November 15 and March 31.

If you book a room, your bedroom and bathroom are private and individually locked, and the kitchen and living room are shared with the other private bedrooms in the townhome. If you book the whole townhome, the entire space is yours.
